all of gaea’s energy drink mixes are sweetened with a combination of organic stevia and organic erythritol, so technically, none. to answer your question, though, each single-serve packet of gaea includes 11g of sweetener.
the caffeine in gaea comes from organic green tea extract, of which there is 175 mg in each single-serve packet.
the use of GMOs is prohibited in the production of organic products. GMO stands for “genetically modified organism”, which is in itself not organic.
in short, yes – gaea’s products are both organic and non-GMO.
all of gaea’s energy elixirs get their color from natural ingredients:
- watermelon mint mantra is a vibrant rosy pink, colored with all-natural beetroot.

once an order is placed, you may cancel it prior to processing. however, upon processing and shipment of an order, it can no longer be canceled. feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
as for your subscription, you can access your subscription manager by logging into your gaea account. from there, you will be able to edit your subscription, from payment, to shipping address, to contents. click here to log into your account.
we want to make sure that your subscription is tailored for what you enjoy. to change your flavor for a single-flavor subscription, follow the below steps:
- visit the product page for your desired flavor and select the “subscribe and save” option.
- when the “add to an existing subscription” text pops up, check the box.
- click “add to subscription” for the subscription you want it to be shipped with. this will take you to the details page for that subscription.
- finally, click “edit details” and click the “x” button next to the flavor you want to remove.
for the 5- or 10-pack sampler, simply go to your account dashboard, navigate to subscriptions, select “view” on the one you’d like to edit, and hit “edit details” in the actions menu.
gaea does not offer exchanges on our products. since gaea is a food product, if you would like to return your product for a refund it must be:
- unopened and in good condition
- purchased directly from getgaea.com
- in its original packaging, including your packing slip and shipping label
*customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which will not be eligible for a refund. refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase, including gift cards.
all gaea orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information – please allow this information 1-2 days to update. shipping times vary by customer location:
- domestic shipping: depending on your location in the U.S., shipping can take anywhere up to 5-7 business days. however, this is a rough estimate, as gaea does not have control over the chosen carrier once the package is picked up and sent your way.
- international shipping: gaea does ship internationally*. due to varying policies by country, international shipping can take up to 4-5 weeks, depending on your country’s regulations. check with your country’s borders or customs agency to determine whether gaea is available to be shipped to your country.
*the buyer is responsible for any additional costs, including duties, customs, and international taxes.
